Lauren is a very good listener and very professional. I had my hair bleached at another place, and I came to her to fix my orange hair lol. She understood what colour I wanted, and fixed it in 1 seating from orange to an ashy brown colour. She also kept making adjustments to make sure the colour was right. I've visited her another 2 or so times after that, to change my hair colour again. I showed her the picture and she got it spot on. She also gives great advice that aligns with what you want. Thank you Lauren for your accommodation and your service!

I've never felt so good about a hair cut! I love it! Lauren has keen attention to detail and great technique. She listened carefuly to what I wanted, shared her recommends and delivered a great cut. Her head massage during the hair wash was also glorious :)

Lauren is so knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Asking me each step of the way how I want my foils, roots, etc, instead of just assuming. Salon was comfy and clean. I'm very happy with my visit and my hair :)Also curly hair girls if you need someone who knows curls this is your lady!
